support ticketing system
All of our email based support is now handled by a sophisticated database driven support ticketing system. If you want free technical support then the only way this is available is by emailing us on:

If you do not wish to contact us by email with support issues then you have two telephone options at your disposal:
1) Standard Rate Number.
You can call us on our normal number and if the issue is caused by us we will not charge you a penny however if you are not sure what you are doing and need us to talk you through setting up your email on your computer or internet connectivity etc then we will invoice you £10 per call. We feel that this is not unreasonable as there are plenty of sites available that you can search for that explain how to set up pop3 email etc including our webhelp section mentioned above. This fee is basically to cover us for our time lost on developing our business.

2) Premium Rate Number.
You can call us on our premium rate telephone number 75p per minute and the quicker we work together to solve the problem the less you end up paying. This phone call is non refundable if it turns out to be a problem our end but if we diagnose that it is our end then we will terminate the call and ring you back on a normal number (0845 and 0870 numbers excluded).
