New Server Update: Important Support Announcement - 18/08/09 As we have been moving the data from one of our servers to a new high speed server, we are currently running at full capacity at the moment and our support department for the rest of the week will be easier to get to via the Aztec Internet support ticketing system.

Helpful tips: (only for users who have accounts on one of our servers with email servers starting with "mail." - please check your mail server settings in your email program.)
If you have a challenge with your email account and your email server in your mail program settings is set to 212.227.65.202 then please change it to mail.aztec-internet.co.uk
If you have issues logging into your pop3 email account then check your email username. If it set in a short name format eg: john, instead of in the full format: john@somerandomdomain.com then please change it to the full format.
[short account name]@[your main domain name].
This new account format is the permanent way email usernames have to be set now we have exported all of your data to our new high speed server.
